Syd Confirms New Album Release and Talks Collabs with Steve Lacy and Touring With Reneé Rapp

Great news for fans of Syd and The Internet! The producer and singer has confirmed that the group has been working on new music and has a new LP in the works.

According to Complex Mag, the news comes at the heels of a conversation with TMZ where Syd discussed their new single ‘GMFU‘, and being on tour with Reneé Rapp.

“Between these couple of tours that I’ve been opening on and Steve [Lacy] flying all over the world to make music, we’ve been meeting up in LA and putting in a week or two at a time in between everything,” Syd told the reporter. “We’re about to get ready to write some songs when I get back from this trip.”
